Purpose of data processing and legal basis
The website serves to inform the public about the activities of the Harding Center for Risk Literacy. The legal basis for the data processing associated with accessing the site is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. e DSGVO in conjunction with §§ 3 para. 7 BbgHG, 5 para. 1 BbgDSG.
Insofar as the Harding Centre for Risk Competence obtains the consent (including the contact form) of the person concerned for the collection of personal data, Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO serves as the legal basis.
Protocol
Whenever our website is accessed, the following data is stored in log files for operational and data security and statistical purposes:

- address of the page visited and
- if provided, referrer URL.
The data will be stored for a maximum of 7 days.
The collection of this data is necessary within the framework of the legal basis for data processing stated above (Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. e DSGVO in conjunction with §§ 3 para. 7 BbgHG, 5 para. 1 BbgDSG) for technical reasons in order to display the website and to guarantee its stability and security.
