As a member of the Behavioural Science Connect network, founded in 2023, we collaborate with other scientists to integrate social and behavioral sciences into health policy. The network's goal is to directly incorporate evidence-based research findings into political decision-making processes, thereby improving the health of all people. In the German-speaking region, where excellent research institutions exist, the network is committed to ensuring that political decision-makers utilize these current and well-founded insights. This is aimed at achieving optimal health for the population and equal opportunities in healthcare. The network promotes the exchange of knowledge that demonstrates how individual behaviors and living conditions can affect health. As part of this network, we contribute to strengthening the bridge between science and politics to achieve better health for all.
