Christin Ellermann

Research Scientist

Christin Ellermann is a research scientist at the Harding Centre for Risk Literacy. Her research focuses on transparent risk communication of health-related information with an emphasis on reducing information-related injustice. To this end, she applies systematic research methods to create evidence-based health information in the form of fact boxes, and plans and implements research projects to test and evaluate fact boxes. Fact boxes offer simple information about the benefits and harms of medical interventions, thus enabling lay people to make decisions about their own treatment.
